A variety of reports are available in LINK. The type and availability of the reports is dependent on your permissions within the application.
CSV or Comma Separated Values files are text files that can be opened in Microsoft Excel. Tabular information for map layers displayed in the Results Window can be exported to CSV.
1.To use the Download CSV Report you must first have features selected.
a.Use either the Identify or Search tools to select features
2.Click the 
button on the toolbar.
3.Click on the Download CSV button.
Once complete the file can be either saved or opened directly with Excel.
Mailing Labels
Mailing labels are an example of a report unique to parcels, you must have features in the Parcel map layer selected to generate mailing labels. The mailing labels, designed to fit the Avery 5160 format are export as PDF for easy print or saving.
Note: You must first have at least one feature in the parcel layer selected. To select parcels use either the identify or search tools.
1. Select the Mailing Labels button 
on the toolbar.
a.A download window will open.
2.Select Open with and Click OK.
3.The mailing labels will open your PDF viewer.
4.Click File>Print to print the mailing labels Or File>Save to save.
*IMPORTANT* If printing make sure that Fit to page or Fit to Paper is UNCHECKED prior to printing the labels. Different printers have different Print windows.
If you have Adobe 7.0+ set page scaling to None.The labels have been pre-set to fit on to envelope labels that measure approximately 1” x 2.75” (Avery 5160 or 5660 or 8160, etc). If the Fit to page or Fit to Paper option on the print dialog box is checked on, the labels will not print the correct size.
Click OK to print the mailing labels.
Several reports are available for individual parcels. You can use the identify and search tools to select parcels.
•Parcel reports are only available via the single feature window.
oClick a row in the results window to open the single feature window when multiple parcels are selected.
•The single feature window will display a drop-down with all of the available parcel reports including:
oPlat Drawing
oTax Reports
oHouse Photos and Sketches
oPermits
oVacations
oField Cards
